GeoDesign’s Anaheim office is hiring! We’re seeking to find an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support the Principal Engineer and work directly with the Executive Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is entry-level who would like to gain additional support and office experience with a passion and drive to learn.

Small office. BIG projects. GeoDesign’s Anaheim team works on many of the firm’s largest efforts, including LAX’s new Midfield Satellite Concourse (Check out our blog!) currently under construction. Other project work includes geotechnical support for the $13 billion CityCenter mixed-use development in Las Vegas, along with many high-rise towers in downtown Los Angeles. You will work alongside a team of outstanding professionals.

Employee-owned and founded in 1997, GeoDesign is headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon, with additional offices located in Salem, Oregon; and Seattle, Tacoma and Longview, Washington.


Responsibilities include:

  • Run errands for Principal Engineer; sometimes travel to LA is required
  • Maintain office appearance, including organization
  • Filing and scanning
  • Maintain and order breakroom supplies
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Technical document production
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed and requested

Prerequisites include:  

  • Minimum 1-year administrative support experience
  • Entry-level Microsoft Office skills
  • High school diploma
  • Driver’s license and car insurance required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15 per hour, hourly and non-exempt
  • Excellent full benefits package
  • This position is part-time to full-time, 32 hours or more per week
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Work environment is a professional setting and business casual dress code
